Article 1 – Purpose and scope
1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of the iasyo services offered on the website iasyo.com: the full audit, the monitoring plans, their add-ons and iasyo Done-for-you. They also set out the conditions of use of the free services: the free audit and the free SEO tools.
1.2. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms, by ticking a box before payment. The Terms prevail over any other document of the client, in particular its general terms and conditions of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by iasyo.
1.3. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order. It is attached as a PDF to the order confirmation email, and remains available in the client area.
1.4. The Terms exist in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the French version prevails.

Article 4 – A service reserved for businesses
4.1. iasyo's services are reserved for businesses, which order them for the purposes of their business activity.
4.2. When ordering, a client established in France gives its SIREN number; its company name and address are then filled in from the official business register. A business established in another member state of the European Union gives its intra-Community VAT number, which is checked automatically. A business established outside the European Union gives its company name, address and registration number.
4.3. The person placing the order declares that they are acting in the name and on behalf of the business, and that they have authority to bind it.
4.4. As sales are concluded between businesses, the provisions of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), in particular the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
Article 5 – The free services
5.1. The free audit. Using the address of their website, the visitor obtains a score out of 100, their presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude for 5 questions based automatically on their website, the competitors mentioned by these AI platforms, a technical audit and 3 recommendations. These 3 recommendations are produced automatically, without approval by an expert.
5.2. One free audit may be carried out per website every 30 days, after an anti-bot check. The result page is private and remains available for 30 days. The full result is sent by email, once the address has been confirmed via a link valid for 7 days.
5.3. The email address given for the free audit is used to send the result. It is also used to send tips and commercial offers from iasyo if the visitor ticks the box provided for this purpose on the form. The visitor can unsubscribe in one click at any time.
5.4. The free SEO tools. They can be used without an account. Beyond 20 uses per hour from the same connection, an anti-bot check is triggered; the indexing checker is limited to 10 checks per day per visitor. Automated or large-scale use of the tools, by a program or to resell their results, is prohibited.
5.5. The free services are provided as is. iasyo may change, limit or discontinue them at any time, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
Article 6 – The full audit, the monitoring plans and add-ons
6.1. The full audit includes up to 30 questions put to the five measured AI platforms, a comparison with 3 competitors, a technical audit, recommendations specific to the website's platform, ready-to-use content for 10 key pages and a PDF report. It costs €390 excl. VAT, as a one-off payment. Its dashboard and report remain active for 30 days; the account then becomes read-only.
6.2. The monitoring plans measure the client's visibility over time:
| Plan | Questions | Measurement | Competitors | Ready-to-use content | Monthly price | Yearly price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 15 | Every month | 1 | 3 pages | €49 excl. VAT per month | €468 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €39 excl. VAT per month |
| Monitoring 25 | 25 | Every week | 3 | 10 pages | €99 excl. VAT per month | €948 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €79 excl. VAT per month |
| Monitoring 50 | 50 | Every week | 5 | 25 pages | €149 excl. VAT per month | €1,428 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €119 excl. VAT per month |
All plans include the five measured AI platforms, the dashboard, the monthly PDF report and recommendations approved by an expert. Monitoring 25 and Monitoring 50 also include instant alerts and, if the client switches it on, a summary every Monday. Ready-to-use content is updated every month.
6.3. The onboarding audit. All monitoring starts with a full audit:
- on a monthly plan, it is charged €390 excl. VAT once, with the first month;
- on a yearly plan, it is free;
- it is not charged again if the client bought a full audit within the 30 days before its monitoring order.
6.4. Add-ons can be added to any monitoring plan from the client area:
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| 10 extra questions | €29 excl. VAT per month |
| One extra competitor | €15 excl. VAT per month |
| One extra language or country | €49 excl. VAT per month |
Add-ons are billed monthly, whatever the billing period of the plan, and can be cancelled with effect from the end of the paid month.
6.5. Questions. iasyo suggests questions based on the client's website, which the client approves before the first measurement. The client can then change them once a month, so that its charts remain comparable. Each question is asked in the client's language and, where the AI platform allows it, from the client's country.
6.6. Measurements. Each question is asked several times at each measurement: 3 times for an audit, twice for monitoring. If an AI platform remains unavailable despite a retry, the score for the period is calculated on the other platforms, and the report says so.
6.7. Users. An account can have up to 3 users, who see the same results. Only the account holder manages the subscription and can delete the account.
6.8. Changes to the services. To keep pace with changes in AI platforms, iasyo may change the list of measured AI platforms, its measurement method and the content of its reports, without reducing the service purchased. Any change of method is dated on the Methodology page.
Article 7 – iasyo Done-for-you
7.1. Principle. With Done-for-you, the iasyo team itself applies the recommendations of the full audit to the client's website, on the 10 key pages. The fixes are carried out by the iasyo team, without subcontracting. Done-for-you covers websites built with WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Odoo. It comes in two options: the one-time setup and ongoing support.
7.2. The one-time setup.
- Content: the team applies the recommendations of the full audit to the 10 key pages, in one go.
- Included: the full audit and 3 months of Monitoring 25, which start on the day of the order.
- Price: €2,490 excl. VAT, paid in full when ordering, or in 3 instalments: three payments of €830 excl. VAT, the first taken when ordering, the others one month and two months later.
- Payment in 3 instalments: this is a split payment of the total price. All three instalments are due, even if the client stops before the last one.
- At the end of the 3 months of Monitoring 25: iasyo notifies the client by email 14 days and then 3 days beforehand. The client chooses in one click in its client area: keep Monitoring 25 at €99 excl. VAT per month, with no commitment; move to ongoing support; or stop. If the client makes no choice, its account becomes read-only on the last day, with no payment taken.
7.3. Ongoing support.
- Content: in the first month, the same setup; then, each month, the team applies the new recommendations to the 10 monitored pages.
- Included: the full audit and Monitoring 25, for the whole duration of the support.
- Price and commitment: €590 excl. VAT per month with a 6-month commitment, i.e. €3,540 excl. VAT in total; or €490 excl. VAT per month with a 12-month commitment, i.e. €5,880 excl. VAT in total. The first payment is taken when ordering, and the following ones each month on the same date.
- Fixed commitment: all monthly payments for the commitment period are due, even if the client wishes to stop before it ends.
- At the end of the commitment: the support continues on a monthly basis, with no commitment, at €590 excl. VAT per month. iasyo announces this by email 30 days beforehand, together with its price. For a 12-month commitment, the monthly payment therefore rises from €490 to €590 excl. VAT. Until the last day of the commitment, the client can choose in one click not to continue.
- On a monthly basis: the client stops the support whenever it wishes, in one click; the stop takes effect at the end of the month already paid. The client can then keep Monitoring 25 on its own, at €99 excl. VAT per month, with no commitment; otherwise, its account becomes read-only.
7.4. What the team does. On the 10 key pages:
- technical settings: robots.txt file, indexing, title tags and meta descriptions, structured data;
- page content: direct answers to customers' questions, subheadings, FAQs written from the information on the website and the reference sheet;
- consistent information: contact details, opening hours and services identical everywhere on the website;
- a check of each fix once it is live.
The client follows each fix in its client area: to do, in progress, done. In weeks when the team has worked on its website, the client receives a progress email on Friday.
7.5. Scope. Done-for-you covers the 10 key pages. It does not include building or redesigning a website, work on other pages, buying links or reviews, advertising, hosting, maintenance, or updates to the platform, theme or plugins. For the Google Business Profile and directories, the team indicates the fixes to make, and the client remains in control of its accounts. When a fix requires a paid plugin, custom development or information that only the client holds, such as a price or a photo, iasyo informs the client; the client decides, and bears any resulting cost.
7.6. The 10 key pages. The full audit proposes them. They are agreed with the client before the fixes begin. With ongoing support, the client can replace one page with another once a month.
7.7. Timeframe. The fixes of the one-time setup are applied within 30 days of working access being provided. This period is extended accordingly when the client is late in providing access, supplying requested information or making a backup. If the period is exceeded because of iasyo, the included Monitoring 25 is extended by the same length of time.
7.8. Access to the website. The client creates on its website a user account dedicated to iasyo, with the rights needed for the fixes; it never has to share its own password. On Odoo, which charges for each user, temporary access may be provided through the secure area. The client can delete this access at any time; the fixes then stop, with no effect on the sums due. Access details are stored encrypted. To view them, the team must enter a two-factor authentication code, and each viewing is logged.
7.9. Backup. Before making any change, the team checks that a recent backup of the website exists. If there is none, it asks the client to make one, and the fixes begin once the backup has been made.
7.10. Traceability. Each change is recorded in the client area, with its date and the previous content. At the client's request, the team restores the previous content.
7.11. Responsibilities. iasyo is liable for the changes made by its team, under the conditions of Article 17. The client remains responsible for its hosting, its backups, its website updates, the content it publishes, and any change made by it or by a third party after iasyo's work.
7.12. Places and waiting list. iasyo supports a limited number of websites at a time. When all places are taken, the client can join a waiting list free of charge. As soon as a place opens up, the first person on the list is notified by email, and the place is reserved for them for 7 days. Nothing is charged before the order.
7.13. Discounts. The welcome code and other discount codes do not apply to Done-for-you. The price of a full audit bought within the 30 days before the order is deducted from the first Done-for-you payment; with 3 instalments, the first instalment therefore falls from €830 to €440 excl. VAT.
7.14. Add-ons. The add-ons in Article 6.4 can be added to the included Monitoring 25, at the same prices.
7.15. Early termination. If the client fails to pay an instalment, or withdraws access without justification, iasyo may suspend its fixes after formal notice (mise en demeure) has remained without effect for 15 days; the agreed sums remain due. If iasyo seriously breaches its obligations, the client may terminate Done-for-you after formal notice has remained without effect for 30 days; the monthly payments for the months not carried out are then not due.
Article 8 – Orders and accounts
8.1. The client chooses its offer, the monthly or yearly plan and its add-ons, identifies itself in accordance with Article 4, accepts the Terms, then pays. The sale is concluded as soon as payment is confirmed.
8.2. iasyo immediately sends a confirmation email, with the order summary, the invoice and the accepted Terms in PDF format. The account is created at the same time. Logging in requires no password: a link is sent by email, valid for 15 minutes and usable once; the device then stays logged in for 30 days.
8.3. The client fills in a getting-started form: brand, country and language, website platform, reference sheet, competitors and questions. It is pre-filled from the free audit, if there was one. The first audit then starts; an email notifies the client when its results are ready, and its recommendations follow within 24 working hours, after approval by an expert.
8.4. The client provides accurate information, in particular in its reference sheet, which is used to spot inaccurate information in AI answers. It keeps this information up to date in its client area.
8.5. The records of iasyo's systems, kept under reasonable security conditions, constitute evidence of orders, acceptances of the Terms, payments and exchanges with the client.
Article 9 – Prices and discounts
9.1. Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT, on the website and on the order screen. VAT is added in accordance with Article 10.
9.2. On the yearly plan, the price is shown per month, with the amount actually billed for the year, paid in advance, shown just below it. The order screen shows the total paid on the day.
9.3. The welcome code. After a free audit, a 15% discount code is offered. It is valid for 7 days, until 11.59 pm on the last day, in the visitor's time zone. It applies to the first order of a full audit or monitoring plan; on a monthly plan, it applies to the whole first payment, onboarding audit and first month included. It is limited to one use per business and cannot be combined with any other discount. It does not apply to Done-for-you. iasyo may offer other codes, whose conditions are stated with each of them.
9.4. Price changes. iasyo may change its prices at any time. New prices apply to new orders. For a current subscription, a new price is announced by email at least 30 days before the renewal date from which it applies, and the client may cancel before then. The price of a yearly plan does not change during the paid year; the price of Done-for-you does not change during its commitment period.
Article 10 – Payment, invoicing and VAT
10.1. Payment is made by card, via Stripe, a secure payment provider. iasyo does not store any card numbers. The client updates its payment method itself, in Stripe's secure area, accessible from its account.
10.2. Payment dates.
- Full audit: when ordering.
- Monthly monitoring and add-ons: when ordering, then each month on the same date.
- Yearly monitoring: when ordering, for the whole year.
- Done-for-you: in accordance with Article 7.
10.3. Invoices are issued automatically with each payment, sent by email as a PDF and available in “My subscription”. They contain all mandatory information, and will follow the electronic invoicing format as soon as it becomes mandatory for iasyo.
10.4. VAT. For a client established in France, French VAT applies, at the rate of 20%. For a business established in another member state of the European Union whose VAT number is valid, VAT is accounted for by the client under the reverse-charge mechanism. For a business established outside the European Union, no French VAT is charged. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides for this calculation.
10.5. Declined payment. iasyo notifies the client by email on the same day, and payment is retried automatically. A reminder is sent 7 days later. If payment has not been made 14 days after the first decline, access to the account is suspended; it is restored as soon as payment is made.
10.6. Late payment. In accordance with Articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce), any sum not paid by its due date automatically incurs late-payment penalties, at the rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points, together with a fixed sum of €40 as compensation for recovery costs.
Article 11 – Term, plan changes and cancellation
11.1. The full audit is a one-off service. Its dashboard and report remain active for 30 days; the account then becomes read-only.
11.2. Monthly monitoring has no commitment. It renews every month until it is cancelled. The client cancels it in one click in its client area, at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, with no pro rata refund. Until that date, the client can undo the cancellation in one click.
11.3. Yearly monitoring is paid in advance and is non-refundable, even if it is stopped before the end of its term. It does not renew automatically: iasyo sends three reminders, 30 days, 7 days and the day before the expiry date, and the client renews in one click. Without renewal, the account becomes read-only on the expiry date.
11.4. Plan changes. Upgrading to a higher plan, from Essential to Monitoring 25, then to Monitoring 50, takes effect immediately; the difference is charged pro rata for the remaining period. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect on the next renewal date, without a refund. Switching from the monthly plan to the yearly plan takes effect on the next monthly payment date.
11.5. Done-for-you follows the rules of Article 7.
11.6. Suspension by iasyo. In addition to the case of a declined payment, iasyo may suspend an account in the event of use contrary to the Terms: automated or large-scale access, an attempt to access another client's data, or fraud relating to payment or discount codes. Except in an emergency, iasyo notifies the client by email and gives it 7 days to remedy the situation.
Article 12 – The end of a subscription and the client's data
12.1. At the end of a subscription, the account becomes read-only: the history and reports remain available, and the client can reactivate its subscription in one click.
12.2. Thirty days after the end, iasyo carries out a single measurement, free of charge, and sends the result to the client by email. The client can opt out of this from its settings or via the unsubscribe link.
12.3. The client can export its data and reports at any time from its client area, including when the account is read-only.
12.4. Account data is deleted 24 months after the end of the subscription, after notice by email. The account holder can also delete the account themselves, using the button provided in the client area, once the commitment has ended and the sums due have been paid. Billing data is kept for 10 years, as required by law.
12.5. The data of a free audit visitor is deleted after 3 years of inactivity on their part.
Article 13 – iasyo's obligations
13.1. iasyo performs the services described in the Terms with care, in accordance with good industry practice and the method published on its Methodology page.
13.2. AI answers are produced by third-party services. They vary from one query to the next and are beyond the control of both iasyo and the client. iasyo is therefore bound by an obligation of means (to perform the services with reasonable care and skill), not an obligation of result: in particular as regards the client being cited by an AI platform, its rank in the answers, or changes in its score or its traffic.
13.3. iasyo uses reasonable endeavours to keep the website and the client area accessible at all times. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, announced in advance where possible, or in the event of a failure of a third-party service.
Article 14 – The client's obligations
14.1. The client declares that it owns the website analysed, or that it is authorised by its owner to have it analysed and, for Done-for-you, to have it modified.
14.2. The client provides accurate and up-to-date information, keeps its login links confidential, and reserves its account for the users it has invited, up to a maximum of 3.
14.3. The client alone decides whether or not to apply the recommendations. It reviews the ready-to-use content before publishing it, and remains responsible for the content published on its website.
14.4. The client uses the services fairly, without automated or large-scale access, without attempting to access other clients' data, and without reselling the services or their results to third parties.
Article 15 – Artificial intelligence in the services
15.1. Measurements are based on querying the measured AI platforms. Recommendations and ready-to-use content are written by an AI, reviewed by a second AI, then approved by a iasyo expert, normally within 24 working hours. They carry the label “Written by AI, approved by a iasyo expert”.
15.2. If the expert's approval is delayed, a recommendation approved by the second AI may appear after 48 hours, with the label “Written by AI, checked automatically”, until it has been reviewed. The 3 recommendations of the free audit are produced automatically.
15.3. To provide its services, iasyo sends its AI providers the questions and the necessary information, under the conditions set out in its privacy policy.
15.4. The client can flag, from its client area, an unsuitable recommendation or a misread tone; iasyo uses this to correct and improve its services.
Article 16 – Intellectual property
16.1. iasyo remains the owner of its platform, software, method, texts and trade mark. The client receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the services, for the duration of its subscription.
16.2. The client may freely use, for its business and without any time limit, the reports, recommendations and ready-to-use content provided to it, in particular by publishing the FAQs and structured data on its website. The fixes made to its website as part of Done-for-you belong to the client.
16.3. The client authorises iasyo to analyse the public content of its website and to use its brand name in the services. AI answers, reproduced for the purposes of analysis, remain subject to the terms of their providers.
Article 17 – Liability
17.1. iasyo can only be held liable for direct and proven loss caused by its fault. Its liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service concerned during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
17.2. iasyo is not liable for indirect loss, in particular loss of turnover, customers, visibility or reputation.
17.3. iasyo is not liable for the operation of, or changes to, third-party services: AI platforms, search engines, hosting providers, platforms, themes and plugins. Nor is it liable for the client's decisions, or for fixes that the client or a third party applies themselves.
17.4. These limits do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
17.5. Any action against iasyo must be brought within one year of the event on which it is based.
Article 18 – Personal data
18.1. iasyo processes the personal data of its clients and their users in accordance with its privacy policy, available on the website.
18.2. As part of Done-for-you, the team may access a website that contains personal data, for example a shop's customers. iasyo then acts as the client's processor, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. It only accesses the pages needed for the fixes, extracts no data, keeps the data confidential, notifies the client without delay of any data breach, and stops using the access at the end of Done-for-you. The data processing agreement, published on the website, is accepted together with the Terms with any Done-for-you order.
Article 19 – Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the other party's non-public information, in particular website access details, results and specific terms, throughout the relationship and for two years afterwards. iasyo never discloses one client's results to another client; competitor monitoring relies solely on the public answers of AI platforms.
Article 20 – References
iasyo only mentions a client's name, logo or results as a reference with the client's written consent, given by email. The client may withdraw this consent at any time.
Article 21 – Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event of force majeure, within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (Code civil), including the prolonged unavailability of an essential third-party service, such as a measured AI platform. If the impediment lasts more than 60 days, either party may terminate the service concerned by email, without compensation.
Article 22 – Changes to the Terms
iasyo may change the Terms. The new version applies to new orders as soon as it is published online. For a current subscription, it is announced by email 30 days before it applies, on the next renewal date, and the client may cancel before then. During a Done-for-you commitment period, the version accepted when ordering remains applicable until the end of that period.
Article 23 – Governing law and disputes
23.1. The Terms are governed by French law.
23.2. In the event of a disagreement, the client first writes to bonjour@iasyo.com, and the parties seek an amicable solution for 30 days.
23.3. Failing this, and to the extent permitted by law, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court (tribunal de commerce), or of the economic activities court (tribunal des activités économiques), in whose area iasyo's place of business is located, La Rochelle.
23.4. If a clause of the Terms is held to be void, the other clauses remain applicable. A party's failure to rely on a clause does not amount to a waiver of its right to rely on it later.
